Listen to how “your thoughts” respond to you. Then write that down and analyze it. Then ask yourself do you yourself truly believe what was said and whether it even sounds like something you would say.
Strong pulsation in the thumbs, ears, stomach, pelvic or groin areas that are not present in other parts of the body.

Waking up with sudden muscle pains and cramps
Hearing the buzzing of electrical devices that are driving you nuts but other’s cannot hear them because your ears have been heightened and you can literally hear common energy frequencies other people can’t.
